Hi friends! I have a Valentine’s cocktail that you will love. It’s super easy to make, and is a crowd pleaser. All you need is champagne. strawberries, simple syrup, vodka, lemons, and sugar to garnish the top of the glass. This is a great drink to cheers with your sweetheart or your girlfriends on Galentines. First things first this is a cocktail that doesn’t need your absolute favorite bottle of champagne since it has a strawberry puree in it. On that topic go with a Brut extra dry bottle of champagne because it will complement the sweetness of the drink rather than take away from it. Now if I’m drinking champagne on it’s own I highly suggest Perrier Jouet, Bollinger Champagne, and Veuve Clicquot. These three are all really good.
