Good morning! I am sitting here in disbelief that it is actually below 60 today. The weather lately has been like a yo-yo going up and down all over the place. With that being said I wanted to share an outfit full of separates that can take you through all the seasons. I picked this outfit because each piece can be worn together or mix and matched with other pieces. I always want to find as much value in what I wear and share with you all.
This outfit isn’t what I typically gravitate towards but I love getting out of my comfort zone and trying something different. I really like how these items look together and on their own. So I’m going to break down a little more about why I love these separates and share how I would style them for other occasions.
Blazer
I saw this boyfriend blazer a couple of months ago while shopping and absolutely fell in love. It has structure but also has that boyfriend fit to it. I love the price point (It’s under $1oo bucks! That almost never happens!!) and that it can be worn in so many different ways. It sold out really quick so I found a really similar option that’s under $1oo. I kept it simple and wore one of my favorite white tees. These are my go to’s. Let’s chat more on the blazer. It’s really cute with jeans but I would absolutely love it with dark denim shorts or a skirt. The great thing about this is yes it can be worn with dress pants but it is versatile. It can be worn professionally or for drinks out with your friends. Especially as it gets cooler and you want to wear something other than a jacket. I personally love how chic us ladies look in blazers. The structure always makes me happy.
Basic T-Shirt
This T-Shirt is one you have seen on here a few times. It’s really well made and not see-through. Which is really hard to find in a tee-shirt that’s under $20 bucks. It can be worn with jeans, skirts, shorts, under overalls. It’s just really cute. The V-neck neckline is really flattering on so many different people and body types.
Distressed Jeans
A good pair of distressed jeans are a staple item. Depending on your office dress code these jeans might not be work appropriate but omg they are so cute. They have a dressier feel since they are dark wash denim versus the lighter options. So they could work for coffee dates, brunches, and all kinds of fun events outside of the office. They could be worn with sweaters, sweatshirts, and dressy tops.
Booties
Let’s talk about this fun bootie. This is the shoe that basically goes with everything. I have worn them with dresses, jeans, and shorts. Basically, this shoe is awesome. I love that it’s actually comfortable too. It comes in a few other colors too.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great start to your week!
