Good morning! I am excited to partner with Ann Taylor again to share how I mix dressy and casual pieces together for a festive holiday look. The key to mixing dressy and casual is finding pieces that compliment each other and that would go together if they were both dressy or casual. For instance, I would wear red and animal print together for either a dressy or casual outfit.
I have said this before this but this Ann Taylor animal print sweater is one of my absolute favorites. I love the mock neckline and that the sleeves have a slight bell sleeve detail to them. I wore it in a more casual look here. I wore this sweater with their pleated bright red skirt. The hint of swing to this skirt makes me so happy. I paired it with my new Ann Taylor camera bag that looks just like a handbag. I love that they designed it to look like a handbag while still protecting my precious camera. This is must-have for anyone that likes to take their DSLR or mirrorless camera out but doesn’t want to risk it getting damaged. Plus it is way cuter than my regular day to day camera bag. While we’re on the topic of accessories I wore these pretty Ann Taylor pearl earrings and their gold aviators. Which I absolutely love and have been on repeat the last few weeks.
