Bath time is one of my favorite times of the day. It signifies the day is almost over, and that baby cuddles are coming soon. It also, might have to do with seeing Manny Jr. playing in the warm water, and exploring the bubbles in his bath. It has been really cool to see him grow, and become more interested in getting a bath. We use Everyday Happy products when we bath him because they are gentle, and don’t have harsh chemicals in them. He loves having his hair shampooed, and it usually relaxes him. I normally see a few really cute yawns in between splashes. The Shampoo + Body wash doesn’t irritate his eyes which is really nice because there are moments shampoo doesn’t always stay exactly where I want it to. So this gives me a little peace of mind to not freak out.

After bath time, I wrap him up in the softest alligator towel; we stop by the mirror so he can see how cute he looks in his towel, and he usually makes a few funny faces before snuggling up on my shoulder. Then it’s time to put the Baby Cream on him, and his diaper. The Baby Cream is so soft!! I love it!! Thankfully he’s doing pretty really well transitioning to a story, and then bed time. He loves his crib, and his stuffed elephant and Elmo. Then it’s time for me to unwind with a glass of wine, and a few minutes just for me. I love that Everyday Happy is part of both of our evening rituals. Their products are the perfect way to end the day!!

Last week, I had the pleasure of trying some new baby products, vitamins, and cleaning products from the company Everyday Happy. It’s an eco friendly company that’s products are carcinogen free, and certified by PETA as well. Before we had Manny Jr. I started to look into cleaning products for my house, as well as baby products for my sweet little guy. He’s officially a year old, and into everything. So using cleaners that don’t have a lot of chemicals in them is really important. Especially since he loves to put his hands on everything, and then in his mouth of course. So knowing these products are safe, and not full of harsh chemicals gives me a little sigh of relief. Life with a toddler is anything if not a very fun roller coaster with lots of trying to keep up with my little guy.

Here are my thoughts on the Everyday Products.

The Shampoo + Bodywash and the Bubble Bath smell really nice, and both work really well. Since my son has curls we needed to add a conditioner into his bath routine. The diapers have a green leaf pattern on them that is beyond adorable.

The diapers are pretty high waisted so it really helps to keep everything in. Especially since I’m dealing with a baby boy; believe me high waisted is necessary. The only down side about high waisted is they make it a little hard to check if he has a dirty diaper since I can’t really peak in. I think this may have attributed to my little mans leaky diaper while shopping. Thankfully we were already at Baby Gap. Just about the perfect place to find a new outfit. The wipes aren’t my favorite. They don’t feel very soft or have much moisture. So I didn’t use these for more than one diaper change. The baby cream is amazing!! I seriously love this stuff. I could use it on both of us, but I saved it all for my sweet little man.

The vitamins are really easy to swallow, and not huge. I know that sound a little odd, but that’s a selling point for me. Hello happy dance!! I have tried some vitamins in the past that were such a ridiculous size. They also don’t have a huge bad after taste. Something I’m thankful for because I know as a mom it’s important to take care of myself as well. Something us ladies out there sometimes forget to do.

The cleaning products smell really good, and they actually work. I have tried my fair share of natural products, and well most of the natural brands I’ve tried in the past don’t work for me. So the fact that these work makes me so happy. Especially since I’m taking the time to clean I want it to work the first time.
