Last Friday I had brunch at Tiny No. 5 with one of my favorite blogger mom friends, Dawn Parnell, and her cute little guy. I brought my two babies with me, and we had the best time watching our little guys share french fries, and laugh. There is something so special about watching our little guys become more independent and make friends. Dawn was so sweet, and held Sofi so I could drink my latte while it was still warm. After brunch we took the kiddos to the Houston Zoo.

On to this cute Lane 201 Boutique denim off the shoulder top. I love the color, the print, and that it’s an off the shoulder top.  This is a trend I am so happy is still here, and going strong. I wore dark denim with it to keep it feeling classic, dressy, but still functional for all my momma duties. Running around with an active toddler is no joke. Lane 201 Boutique is a boutique based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana. I found so many cute items I can’t wait to get. This cute top, and this gorgeous navy dress are two pieces I can’t wait to buy.  I love them because I can shop online, get free shipping, and free return shipping just in case something doesn’t fit. A few weeks ago, one of my friends introduced me to LipSense thanks to a Facebook Live Video she did. I was pretty interested when I saw the lipstick didn’t come off on her wine glass. This got me to thinking I really need to try this because I don’t really have time reapply lipstick, but applying a clear lipgloss would only take a few seconds. That’s pretty much the time I have lately for reapplying anything. So far I really like it. It doesnt make my lips really dry like most longwear lipsticks I’ve tried in the past. I’m going to keep trying it for the next few weeks. If you’d like a more detailed review I’d be happy to share that with ya’ll. Just let me know.

Okay, I also have to take a minute to say doesn’t my sweet Sofi look so cute. Manny and I bought Sofi this precious mint eyelet flutter top, and cute bubble shorts. There is seriously some cute baby girl outfits out there. I have been shopping a lot, and thankfully I’ve lucked out on some good sales for both my kiddos. Yay!!

Merry Christmas Eve from my family to yours!! I can’t believe how much has changed in one short year. Last year, my little Manny was celebrating his very first Christmas. Now, he’s a big brother celebrating Christmas with his new little sister, Sofia. I think he’s going to enjoy opening gifts a lot more this year. I’m waiting to put the gifts around the tree until he goes to bed since he loves boxes, and opening things. I can’t wait to see his face light up tomorrow morning. It might just be because there will be lots of boxes to move around the house. Hehe!! Every parent learns our little ones sometimes love the box more than what’s in side. He loves trucks. Basically if it has wheels his drawn to it. I have a few under the tree with his name on them.

The day we took these photos was so fun. We ended up staying in pajamas all day, and made a pajama party day out of it. It was one of my favorite first memories with my family of four. We’re not sure what the new year holds but I’ve been taking a look at this repayment calculator on Lending Expert to see if we could maybe afford to move house, which is exciting.
