Mondays are meant for grocery shopping, trying new recipes, picking up a much needed decaf PSL, and crossing my fingers that my son likes/tries the recipe. This week, I tried a new Chili recipe from Rachel Parcell from Pink Peonies shared on Snapchat and Pinterest. It was a huge hit in my house. My little man aka Mr.Picky eater even ate some of it, my husband loved it, and my neighbor did too!! So it was a hit, and I really liked it too. Here is a link to it. I was hoping if I made Chili that the cold weather temps I keep hearing about would finally get here. Being pregnant I’m really looking forward to days where the temps aren’t in the 90’s.
