The off the shoulder ruffle top trend is really popular right now, and I would really like to jump on the band wagon asap. It adds a fun flirty feeling to any outfit. I love that depending on your ruffle comfort level you can choose a big, or small ruffle. I’m not sure I can pull off a big ruffle since I’m really petite so the one I’ve linked is the perfect intro to ruffles. I also like that it won’t break the bank either at $40!! I almost forgot to mention my love for this cute taupe/light brown bag that’s under $60, and really similar to this pricier version. Both are super cute, but this momma is on a budget.
