Happy Friday everyone!!! I am really excited to introduce Megan Ware to ya’ll. She is an amazing RDN (Register Dietitian Nutritionist). Okay first let me explain what her long title means. It means she is a food and nutrition expert. She actually knows what the ingredients on the back of label actually mean, and what they can do to your body. Which is amazing to me. That can be pretty confusing at times. One of the things that I love about her recipes is that they aren’t overly complex, and they taste really good. Another huge plus for me is that they are healthy on top of it all. She made all the recipes pictured above, and they were so tasty. She tweaks her recipes until they are just right, and then shares them with all of us on her blog. I love that she takes the guess work out of it for me. Her blog is amazing, and stacked full of recipes, and helpful hints for eating smarter.
