The Tippi Sweater style is one of my go to light weight sweaters for a busy day of errands. This one in particular was love at first sight. The trompe l’oeilI effect on the collar had my attention when I first saw it. I really liked the white and grey combo of this sweater. Capped sleeves are a weakness of mine, and since the sleeves felt similar I was sold. After wearing this sweater I remember feeling like such a cool girl in my new sweater. Funny fact I use to watch the show Girls pretty religiously. So, when I saw my sweater on Hannah one of the characters on Girls I thought boy I am stylish. Fast forward to watching the behind the scenes commentary after the episode, and they touched onHannahs character, who she is, and her style. Well they burst my bubble when they explained that Hannah’s not very stylish, and so this sweater was just right for her being on the verge of being stylish. I was like oh well I like it because at the end of the day it’s all about feeling good in what you wear, right?

I wore this outfit for lunch at Eloise with one of my favorite momma bloggers Dawn from Dawn P. Darnell blog, and another favorite of mine Dede from Dress Up Buttercup. They both are some of the nicest, cutest, and super stylish blogger ladies that I know in Houston. Check them out!!

Eight Graphic Tees Under $10

I literally live in graphic tees Monday through Friday. They are beyond comfy, and easy to change in and out of when my Sofi girl spits up on me. Usually by Wednesday, I have already gone through all the burp clothes, and began some much needed laundry. Inevitably, I have atleast a load of laundry to wash because I usually go through a minimum of 2 tees a day. It’s kinda crazy when you think about it because at I go through 10 tees, but realistically it’s usually 13 to 14. With all that being said I love finding cute tees like these that are cute and under $10. Yes, you read that right they are all under $1o.

Denim Jacket & Green Floral Shift Dress

I hope y’all had a good weekend!! We spent the weekend being out, and about with the babies. Pookie had such a good time running around enjoying the gorgeous sunshine. It was one of those rare weekends in Houston where it’s not too hot and not too humid.

I wore this green and floral Romwe dress a few weeks back for a day out with my family. I love that this dress is cinched at the waist in the back, and has the perfect basic neckline. I added a cute denim jacket to dress it down a little. If you wanted to wear this for work you could add a cute blazor in black, white, or a coral color. That way your pulling from the colors in the dress. The white blazer wouldn’t be pulling from the colors of the dress, but with summer almost here a crisp white blazer would be really cute with this. Then all you would need to do was add a heel. I’ll link a few heel suggestions I think would work. If you have any questions let me know. I’m happy to help. It runs big so size down. I could have gone one size down. This would also make a great dress for anyone that has a growing baby bump.
