Okay ladies if crop tops are a trend you’ve been on the fence about I’ve got you covered with a cute feminine way to wear them. Crop tops are perfect paired with high waisted midi skirts and pencil skirts.  I decided to wear this blue floral crop top with one of my favorite black midi skirts, and the prettiest blush colored Hudson bag. I love that it can stay just the way it is, or convert to a cross body bag. (Hello happy dance!!) Oh and did I mention that it’s certified Vegan so no furry animals were harmed to make this gorgeous bag. So now crop tops are officially perfect for all the spring festivities including Easter Sunday!!

Happy second official day of spring!! I’m a day late, but super excited for it. I’ve linked some really cute summer shoes below as well!!

This is one of my favorite looks for the holiday party season. Pencil skirts are one of my favorite types of skirts!! It may have something to do with the fact that I’m petite, and I really like the way the proportions of a pencil skirt look. It might also have to do with the fact that it makes me think of old hollywood!! So I’m pretty much a sucker for it. This one is a little on the dressier side so I played it down  with one of my favorite plaid button downs, and this blush colored infinity scarf. It’s hot at the moment in Texas which isn’t a huge shocker!! Since it usually doesn’t feel quite like fall at the beginning I like to think  Texas has an extra season called the ‘Indian Summer’ since it doesn’t normally feel quite like fall, or summer when fall is officially here. I figure since ‘Indian Summer’ literally means an unseasonably warm day in the fall this fits my home state perfectly. Over the weekend, I wore this dress, and it is seriously one of my favorites!! It has bright colors, and pockets. Two of my favorites checked off my list.  It’s price point is great too!! It’s under $23 and fits great (I’m wearing a medium). These pictures are from my Charlotte trip. They took a little longer to get back because my friend who shot them had hard drive issues afterward. From what I hear this is not fun stuff to deal with.  Thankfully they were recovered.  I really wanted blog pictures in my hometown. We decided on Freedom Park because it’s gorgeous,and I have great memories of being there with my family when I was a young.

In other news, I survived my second solo flight with Manny jr aka Baby M. I always get a little nervous when I fly with him on my own. We did great!!  Technically it’s his third round trip flight. Thank goodness for kind people and nice flight attendants. Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you all are having a great start to your week!!
