June and July were two of the busiest months for my family as far as traveling goes. We flew to NC twice, and had our first road trip with Manny jr. and our two dogs to Miami, Florida.  That probably doesn’t sound like a ton of traveling, but traveling with my son is a whole new ball game. Gone are the days of just having a carry on. Now it’s a minimum of 3 suitcases, a diaper bag, and a travel stroller. Thank goodness for the travel stroller by the way!!! It’s a life saver!!

While we were in Miami, I did a little outlet shopping at Sawgrass Mills. I lucked out at Banana Republic Factory, and found this cute top that has the cutest detail in the back. I’m looking forward to wearing it with a pencil skirt, or tucked into a pair of high waisted denim jeans with a blazer. Fall can’t get here soon enough so that I can wear these cute combinations!!! Ya’ll  have probably seen this dress on  my Instagram before in grey and white. I loved it so much I had to get it in blue!!! I can’t say no to a summer dress with a gorgeous print, that has a few of my favorite colors in it. Blue and pink are my weakness.

I promise, I ironed this top prior to wearing it. I think somewhere between riding in the car, and sitting my shirt must have wrinkled all over again. I wore it for the Southwest Blogger Luncheon in the River Oaks area of Houston. It was so much fun to catch up with familiar faces; as well as to meet new faces. I wear a small in this top, and I think it runs pretty true to size. I know sometimes Sheinside pieces can run a little small, but luckily that wasn’t the problem with this top. I love the bright pink color, and that it fits pretty true to size. It’s one of my new favorites. Since the luncheon was on a Saturday my husband, and I decided to make a day if it with little Manny.  It was so nice explore Houston a little more. I  only really  drove around the River Oaks area when we first moved here 3 years ago. Since we live in The Woodlands which is about 45 minutes away, and traffic here is not fun; I hadn’t been back in a long time.
