This black and white wrap top is about to be on repeat a ton this year. It’s the perfect neutral colors, and it has the best kind of stripes on it. Vertical of course!! I was super impressed with the quality of the top, and that it felt like it ran pretty true to size. The price point didn’t hurt either. It’s under $25 and perfect for all the seasons. I’ll probably add dark denim in the fall to give it more of a fall/winter feel. Oh and did I mention I love the ruffle? As a petite gal I’m loving that the size of the ruffle isn’t too much for my petite frame. It’s like the perfect way to hide when I’m super full from a meal. Long story short treat yourself and get this top!!

So, this YSL Eclaté Touche Radiance Pen is the bomb dot com. This pen was complimentary, and has become a fast favorite. I’m already planning on restocking it in my makeup bag. I love that it actually highlights without being glittery. It’s like Courtney Kerr says glitter is for little girls. If you aren’t following her please follow her. I promise you’ll love her cute personality.  It can be used on so many places on your face. I like that it isnt limited to just your nose, cheek bones, etc. Plus I love the packaging. YSL knows how to make their packaging adorable, and easy to travel with. It’s a little pricey at $42, but it’s worth every penny. I was thinking about doing a video on how to use it, but since I don’t have the foggiest clue about video that’s going to have to wait. It is somethng I hope I can get into sometime in the next year. With that in mind let me know if you’d like me to do an Instastory about it. If you do I’ll give you a heads up of when I plan on doing it.

Last Sunday, I went to brunch with some of the sweetest blogger ladies at Eloise Nichols in Houston. The restaurant had such a pretty exterior with these gorgeous hanging flowers outside, and the cutest wine wall. It was the perfect back drop for us blogger ladies that love documenting life with lots of photos. Between the delicious mimosas, lattes, brunch, and great conversation it was such a nice treat. Brunch was filled with good conversation, and lots of sharing and brainstorming. It was really nice to chat with these blogger ladies about all things blog related, and have each person share their tips and tricks. It’s amazing what you can learn from each other.

Since it was a little chilly that morning I wore this cute Lane 201 Boutique off the shoulder floral top with black skinny jeans. I love that this top has long sleeves so I can wear it now, and then bring it back out in the fall when it’s cooler out. The long sleeves are great because then I don’t need to carry a cardigan with me. Which is really great because I’m cold natured, and hate being cold. I also wore this top for a fun mommy date with my babies to the zoo.

Do ya’ll have any big plans for the weekend? I think we’re going to run errands, and hopefully pick up some takeout sushi Saturday night. I have been craving sushi the last couple of weeks, and I think I really need it. So, the perfect Saturday night for me consists of a glass of rosé and sushi please. What’s your perfect Saturday night consist of?

A few weeks ago, I had one of the best days with my Sofi girl. We had a girls afternoon, and went to the cutest little coffee shop that opened up by my house.  They have the most delicious coffees, and sweet treats. I had the yummiest latté, and some quality snuggles with my baby girl. She was so good. She sat in her stroller so content while I had my latté. Having my latté while it’s warm is basically a miracle.

Since it was a solo afternoon with Sofi girl I wore this chambray top, leggings, and my favorite open toed booties. I love the heel on them becasue it’s high enough, but also chunky enough that I don’t feel like I am going to fall. I seriously love these bad boys so much!!
