Wishing and hoping that if I dress like it’s fall the cool crisp autumn weather will hurry up and get here. This top is so cozy and comfy, and on super promotional sale pricing right now at Mint Julep Boutique. It’s under $25!! I love that it’s in this bold wine color, and roomie for the baby bump. It’s not maternity which is nice because I plan on wearing it with dark skinny jeans, and tucking it half in so it still looks laid back but pulled together.

If you are need an infinity scarf, or regular scarf check out Shopzyania. They have some of the cutest fall colored scarfs for under $20. Y’all have seen me in a lot of there scarfs last year, and I plan on picking up a few more this season. You can never have too many scarfs, or cute tops, right?

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope y’all have a really nice weekend!!

Friday is here, and I’m so excited the weekend is almost officially here!! I wore this gingham button down top layered with my favorite white tee shirt, and leggings for my 32 week checkup. I really like outfits like this that are easy light layers, but still make me feel like it’s fall even if the temps in Houston are still in the 90’s. I’m dreaming of cooler weather to hurry up, and get here. The 90 degree weather makes me feel a little silly having my hot coco. I’m trying to be good about not having too much decaf coffee throughout the week.

Here’s a little update on how my 32 week checkup went. Thankfully, baby Sofia is doing really good. She weighs a little over 4 pounds, has the most precious profile, and has hair. It was really cool to see her hair in the ultrasound. I was wondering if she would have hair since my son did. She is officially still breach, but my son was the same way right up until his last ultrasound. We have a cesarian birth planned because last time it wasn’t physically possible to have a v-bac delivery. I know at the end of day all that matters is a healthy baby and delivery.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and have a great weekend!! I hope everyone in the effected areas with Hurricane Matthew stays safe and dry. My little family will be sending you all positive thoughts, and prayers that the hurricane subsides.

XO, Angela

Happy Monday to all!! Today I am writing my blog post really early in the morning before everyone wakes up. I have my coffee in hand, earbuds in, thank goodness for Pandora, and a little me time with y’all. This is not the usual for me, but I thought it was time to embrace the early morning hours. I have a feeling life is going to drastically change when I have two under two(My son will be 21 months when Sofia is born!!). If there is anything that really worked for you all I would love to know your tips and tricks.

Last week, I had a rare morning where I was solo, and I took full advantage of it. I want to take a moment to thank my awesome neighbor, and really good friend that watched my little monkey. I am so lucky to have her as a neighbor, and good friend. Seriously, God puts people in your life when you least expect it. Since I was going to have a mommy break for a few hours I put on a cute dress, my favorite booties, and my favorite non mommy friendly sized handbag. By the way if you are in need of some new shoes check out Vince Camuto. So, far everything I have tried has been really comfortable for a minimum of 6 to 7 hours. Basically I love this brand because it’s really stylish, has a tall heel (thank goodness for us shorties!!), and is really comfortable.

Nothing screams fall to me like mixing black, brown and white. I love these neutrals together. Yep I meant to wear a black dress, and brown booties. Thankfully I had a cute scarf to pull my favorite neutrals together. What are your favorite neutral color combos?

XO, Angela
