Happy Wednesday!! I’m sharing five of my favorite dupes for some of the most popular shoes right now. I love the dupes becasue I feel less guilty buying new shoes. I have the Marc Fisher dupes, and I love them so much!! I think the ballet lace up flats, or the Sam Edelman heels are next on my list. If you all would like more of these splurge vs. steal posts let me know. I love putting this type of list together. It’s my favorite way to save money, if you know what I mean.

Alright, it’s almost 11, and I have a feeling Sofia is going to be up in a few hours. So, good night, and I hope ya’ll have a great day!!

Thank you so much for stopping by!!

XO, Angela

It has been such a rainy weekend, and I apologize that these photos aren’t as good as I wish they were. I really wanted to share one of the outfits I wore to Thrive Conference. I wore this for the last day of the conference. It was a short day with one break out session class. I wanted my outfit to be comfortable, and cute since this was the more hands on portion of the conference. It was a really good session with lots of ideas on how to grow social media followings without buying followers. Which is something I am completely against.

Okay, so I want to share why you should go to a conference for whatever industry you’re in, and especially if you’re a blogger. So, I’m going to share my top three reasons why you should invest in yourself, and go to a work conference for you.

  • Meeting other bloggers in your field is awesome, especially when you meet bloggers that you’ve been following that are attending the same conference. Yes, I’ve gotten to have that fan girl moment which was awesome!! Also, it’s really nice to make friends who are passionate about the same thing. Blogging is one of those things where we document so much, and it’s really cool to be around people who understand the need for a zillion photos at different angles so you can get just the right photo.
  • Learning more about what you’re passionate about is important, and a lot of times leading brands are at conferences. They can give invaluable advice and insight.
  • The last one I can’t promise, but a lot of the time you can meet brands that you wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to have face to face time with. Which is great for any blogger, but it can be really helpful for newer bloggers. The reason being newer bloggers aren’t always as seasoned at finding the PR contacts for companies, and that possible face to face time is really helpful.

Thank you so much for stopping by, and I hope ya’ll have a great start to your week!!

I’m changing things up a little bit today on the blog, and getting the honor of cohosting The Weekly Style Edit Link up with Lindsay from The Middle of Somewhere and Megan from The Fashionista Mom. Be sure to link up below, and share your favorite outfit post from the week with us.

Friday is here, and I am so excited the weekend is finally here. My hubby and I have plans to take the kiddos to the park, and treat ourselves to The Counter. I am already day dreaming about my burger!! Then, I get to have a little girls time, and meet some of the sweetest blogger gals for lattes on Sunday. Follow along on Instagram, and you’ll meet the sweet blogger gals I’m meeting.

Okay, ladies let’s talk about this top that is husband approved, momma approved, and one of my all time new favorite tops. It’s under $8, and going to be on major repeat!! It might sound cheesy, but wearing this top made me feel so pretty. This top is momma approved because I can rock the off the shoulder trend without having to adjust my top every two seconds because picking up my babies moves the off the shoulder detail of my top to not being off the shoulder. This top is different because the sleeves are attached separatley so picking up my babies, or stretching doesn’t take the off the shoulder part of my top away. Hooray!!

Alright, let me share a little about Romwe. It’s an online boutique with affordable stylish clothes. It makes staying up to date with the trends a lot easier since the price point is so good. I mean $8 for this super cute top is amazing!! All the clothing can fit very differently so always check the measurments, reviews, and the pictures users post. They really helped me to decide what sizes I should order. For sizing referrancing, I’m wearing a small, and really happy I ordered a small because I would have been swimming in anything larger. Shipping is free if your order is over $50, processing takes anywhere from 3 to 5 days to process, and shipping takes anywhere from 5 to 28 days. My items only took about a week in a half arrive.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope ya’ll have a great weekend!!

XO, Angela
