A few weeks ago, I came across the company Elly and Grace, and immediately fell in love with their tee shirts, and loved all the cute designs. They are super soft, and really well made. These are biggies for me because I won’t wear anything that feels like it might scratch my sweet Sofi because this lady (That’s me!!) has a stage five clinger. She has to be on momma at all times. This cute Elly and Grace tee shirt had me at hello because I loved the design and the message. It included three of my favorite things.

On a whim I looked at the onesies because there is something so fun about shopping for a baby girl. They had this ‘Answered Prayer’ onesie, and it brought back all the memories good and bad about all the hopes, and dreams I had while going through In Vitro Fertilization or IVF for short. I remember praying to God to please help Manny and I during this time, and thinking if babies aren’t meant to be please give me guidance, and show us what our path truly is. Thankfully babies were, and my sweet Sofi is an answered prayer. We conceived her through a frozen embryo transfer from our first round of IVF. I am so thankful that God brought us the right doctors, nurses, and friends to support us throughout this experience. We couldn’t have done it without their support. They have been there through all the different stages of us growing our family, and we are so grateful. If ya’ll would like me to share more details about my experience with IVF I would be happy to answer whatever questions y’all might have. I’m seriously an open book because it really helped to read other peoples stories that had gone through it.

On a different subjet I have to share this cute Better Life Bags that is made so smartly. I mean it’s made so smartly that at first I was like what’s this handle in the front of the bag for. After wearing it I figured out that it makes getting anything, and everything out of your bag so helpful. Especially when you have one baby on your hip, and the other holding your leg. True life that is usually what my day looks like a lot. I have to tell ya’ll that this bag is really well made, and it can be customized depending on what your needs are. Happy Monday!! I hope y’all had a fabulous weekend with lots of down time, and relaxing with your family. We had a busy to do list on Saturday. We did lots of errands, and took down our Christmas decorations. It was a little depressing because I just love the way the house looks with the Christmas tree, stocking, and lights outside. Thankfully my hubby took care of most of the packing up of our Christmas decorations. If it was socially acceptable I’d probably keep them up all year long. The one thing that is nice is not having to tell my son don’t touch the tree every two minutes.

In other news, I’ve been living in this Tandoori Spice Lush T-Shirt. It’s super soft, fits perfectly, and the pocket is in the perfect location. Pocket local might sound minor, but it can seriously make, or break a cute T-Shirt. If it’s too low cut for you add a lacy tank underneath it. For all my girls with bums this T-Shirt is short in front, and longer in the back. So it’s the perfect to for us!! Yay!! It’s the perfect length to tuck in, half tucked (I hope that’s an expression), or untucked. So it I will probably pick a few more of these up since they are comfortable, and under under $25. Y’all can probably tell by my Instagram feed, I’ve been living in this cardigan. It’s cozy, has pockets, and comes in a lot of different colors. The gray version is sold, but I linked it’s look alike above.

Light Blue Dress + Blush Sunnies

Happy Monday!! I thought with the weather being crazy warm it was the perfect time to take a break from the big Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and share this summer time look. This dress is my new saving grace with all the rising temps. I love the color, and it’s not crazy thick so it breaths really well. Ohh and it’s long enough without being too long for all the short gals out there like me. That is definitely an on going problem when looking for dresses. Between my growing bump, boobs, and bum I need dresses that cover without looking like the dress is wearing me. (Sorry this might have been a little too honest!! Oops, but it’s real life.) This isn’t a maternity dress so please pick this cute little number up. Ohh, and if you’re pregnant my suggestion is just size up one size to have room for your bump.

I hope everyone had a great weekend!! We had lots of plans to do fun activities with Manny Jr., but the teething has been kicking all of our bums. I think he has molars possibly coming in because the last 3 nights have been so bad. Poor little man can barely eat anything he usually eats because of the impending teeth coming in. I still can’t believe my 17 month old has at least 10 teeth. Holy moly where is the time going. I remember when he was just days old. Feels like just yesterday. I remember my mom saying to soak in every moment, and now I see why. Because it really does go by quickly. Okay I won’t talk your ear off anymore about teething.

In other news, little man did get new shoes. His little foot grew, and the ladies at Stride Rite in The Woodlands Mall took such good care of us. Seriously the ladies that work there are the most patient. Thank you so much for stopping by, and I hope y’all have a fabulous start to your week!!
