Valentines is a little over a month away!! Holy moly I’m not sure where the time goesThis cute little number is one I would definitely wear for Valentines, or as a date night outfit. I can’t get over how cute this top, and scarf are. I love wearing subdued pops of pink. (Then again who am I kidding; I also love wearing bright pops of pink!!) Did I mention, I love Alex and Dani bracelets. I have my eye on one that reminds me of my mom. It’s on my Manny I want this wish list!! Haha!!

This isn’t a big holiday for Manny and I. We’ve always been a little more low key because we’re not a big fan of the huge crowds that a night out on Valentines entails. Last year, we did the whole dinner out because we weren’t really sure when we’ve have another moment to have a special night out. I can’t believe I was literally due 5 days later with my little Manny Jr. Wow time flies!!! What are y’all doing to celebrate Valentines?

The start of the New Year is in full swing, and I’m loving all the cozy sweaters. They are the perfect blend of stylish, yet still functional. For me functional means this sweater keeps me warm, doesn’t itch, and comes in lots of colors. I like to have options. I have my eye on  this sweater in grey. It keeps selling out; so I’m almost stalking it on the Nordstrom site. Ohh and I’m doing the same thing with my booties!! I want them in black, and it has been a project to find them in my size. Hopefully they will be available soon. I bought these jeans for a steal at $20 from Lucky Brand!! If you’re in need of some new denim, or just want to try a trend you’ve been on the fence on this is the perfect time to take that plunge. With prices like this if you don’t like it donating it won’t be such a pill to swallow. Thanks so much for stopping by!! After Christmas shopping is one of my favorite things to do after Christmas. If I was home in North Carolina this would be definitely be something I would bring my sisters along for. I love a good sale, and who better to shop with than your sisters. Right? I mean they are the most honest which is a very good thing when you are debating over a dress, sweater, etc. The sales are really good right now. I absolutely love everything that I’m sharing with y’all!! Bags in general are one of my big weaknesses, and the two above are so perfect. Hello cute perfect everyday bag, and such a beautiful taupish brown.

Hope y’all had a great Christmas celebrating with all your family and friends. Those of you that follow along with me on Instagram saw a few of the fun moment from Christmas morning. Little man loved all his Christmas gifts. We didn’t go over board since he’s 10 months old, and doesn’t quite understand what Christmas is let alone why he’s allowed to rip the paper on packages. All in all it was a very special day with a few bitter sweet moments since it’s the first Christmas without my mom. Though I stayed positive!!
