I just might need a white jean intervention. I have been wearing these jeans nonstop because they are so cute. Plus it’s because it literally took 6 months for these bad boys to get back in stock. I keep telling myself I’m making up for lost time instead of just being a major outfit repeater. Haha! The official first day of fall is this Friday, but I couldn’t help myself from pulling out one of my favorite plaid button downs. This was one of those rare occasions in Houston where the temps were cool enough for plaid and comfy cardigans. This cardigan is from last years NSale, and has been such a good buy. If ya’ll are debating if you’re going to really use a gray cardigan believe me ya’ll will. I wore my cardigan so much last season. I love that lighter color adds a pretty pop to outfits.

Two days a week Sofi, and I start our day off by dropping my son, Pookie, off at his Mothers Day Out (MDO) program. Before MDO, our mornings can be a little hectic so this coverall is a lifesaver. It’s lite enough for Sofi to wear, and stay cool, and comfortable while we drop Pookie off at MDO. The great thing is we can add these really cute shoes when the temps get cooler. I also, have my eye on this cute two pack coverall set. I can’t wait to keep shopping the JC Penney Carter’s sale. The coveralls are on sale at JC Penney during the Power Penney $7 Carter’s Sleep & Play (reg $16).

After we drop Pookie off, I take Sofi out for a little mommy and me date once a week. We usually meet one of my favorite blogger pals for lunch, and lots of baby cuddles. I love wearing subtle matching outfits with my Sofi girl. Sofia’s pink seersucker looks so cute with my blue seersucker top. Her cute layette set is so precious. The love top, and seersucker pants are perfect to wear now, and transition with a cardigan. I was really impressed that the seersucker pants were lined, so Sofias legs won’t get cold when fall comes. I really want this one. I love the cute details on the sweatshirt.

Perfect T-Shirt Dress

Gray, pink, and blue have been on repeat in my wardrobe lately. This is one of my favorite color combos that I love. Today, I wore one of my favorite gray dresses and dressed it up for a more work friendly feeling. I really like adding a collared shirt to T-Shirt dresses like this. It gives them a dressier feel without adding a lot of bulk to the outfit. This is so important if you live somewhere with warmer temps. Living in Houston, I realize that it won’t feel like fall is really here until around late October early November.

I like to wear dresses with nude shoes because it elongates the leg without making my legs look cut off. These are sold out, but I linked some really cute nude bootie options below. Nude heels, booties, and boots are my weakness. My hubby teases me about the amount of nude shoes I have.
